On 8 September 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of General Tariff Item 660, Local Broadcast Video Transmission Channel Service, to amalgamate and restructure the Local Exchange Television Channel Service of the former TELUS Communications Inc. and the Video Transmission Service of the former TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. under a common tariff, so as to provide standard Local Broadcast Video Transmission Channel Service (renamed service) structure, rates and terms and conditions of service throughout Alberta. |
