On 27 August 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) filed an application for approval of General Tariff Item 610, One Month Free Business Exchange Winback Promotion, providing customers who change from an Alternative Provide of Local Services to TCI for the provision of their Business Individual, Multi-Line and/or Centrex Exchange Service with a credit on their 7th month's telephone bill. |
