On 25 August 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 640, TCI Additional Residential Line Promotion, amending the condition of service to require that customers retain their additional Residential Exchange Service for a minimum of one month rather than the two months in order to receive the promotional offer. |
