On 16 August 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of a revision to Special Facilities Tariff Item B-789, providing for access from a minimum of 100,000 Centrex III locals and 20,000 Message Manager Mailboxes per Centrex system to automatic route selection, without the need to dial an access code. |
