On 31 August 1999, Northwestel Inc. filed an application for approval of revisions to Message Toll Service, Two-Point Service Items 208.2, 209.2, 210.1, 210.2, 211.2 and 212.2, delaying the effective date of tariff modifications previously approved by the Commission in Telecom Order CRTC 99-752 to 7 October 1999, due to the implementation of its new customer care and billing system. |
