On 23 July 1999, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited on behalf of itself, NBTel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc. (the "Companies"), filed an application for approval of revisions to the APTC Tariff CRTC 27750 - Regional Services Tariff Item 400, Large Capacity Digital Network, providing for a customized large capacity inter-exchange digital network and associated equipment located in the Companies' wire centres. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 23 August 1999 are approved. |
