Telecom Order

Ottawa, 18 August 1999

Telecom Order CRTC 99-806

On 21 July 1999, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 197-A, to correct the wording in the tariff to reflect the way in which the company has been charging for Wireless Service Network access and Common Channel Signalling #7 and to ratify the past charging for these services which is in compliance with the proposed wording change.

File No.: Tariff Notice 3977

In light of the foregoing, the proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 21 August 1999 are approved on an interim basis. The Commission defers the disposition of the request to ratify past charges that were different from the previously approved tariff.
