On 13 July 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) filed an application for approval to introduce General Tariff Item 600, TCI Residential Local Exchange Promotion, waiving service charges for residential customers who return from an Alternate Provider of Local Services to TCI for the provision of Residence Exchange Service. |
