Telecom Order CRTC 99-782

 

On 6 July 1999, MTS Communications Inc. (MTS) filed an application for approval to withdraw General Tariff Item 2130, Customized Intercept. In its place, existing and new customers will be advised that MTS provides a similar service, called Label Service, that enables incoming calls to a specific number to be intercepted and the calling party referred to another number.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
