On 8 January 1999, Teleglobe Canada Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 556, amended by TN 556A dated 18 January 1999, for approval of tariff revisions to the International Leased Services Tariff, introducing a promotion for its Globestream service for every new order placed to France, Germany and the United Kingdom between 7 February and 30 April 1999. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 7 February 1999 are approved on an interim basis. |
