On 16 February 1999, Bell Canada filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of BC TEL, Bell Canada, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, MTS Communications Inc., NBTel Inc., NewTel Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc., an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 304, Megaplan Service Extension Features, which provides for the addition of 19.2 Kbps transmission on Basic Service Extension dependent on the availability of suitable facilities. |
