On 30 June 1999, BC TEL filed an application for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 143, SmartTouch Services, revising the current Extended-Area Service restriction for Call Forwarding - Fixed Central Office to allow customers to retain their telephone number if they move to an exchange within the same local calling area. |
