On 2 July 1999, Ontario Telephone Association filed an application for approval of revisions to the General Tariff, to revise Directory Listings to be consistent with Bell Canada's rate, to remove references to Northern Telephone Limited in the Directory Listing tariff and to change the names of Durham Telephones to Nexicom Telecommunications Inc. and Otonabee Telephones to Nexicom Telephones Inc. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 August 1999 are approved. |
