On 9 July 1999, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application for approval of revisions to the General Tariff, introducing Network ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) for business customers. Network ACD is an add-on feature to basic ACD which allows customers to have ACD agents located in a number of different wire centres all serving the same ACD queue. |
