On 23 June 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Special Facilities Tariff Items D-65(n) and (o), providing for 128 Kbps digital facilities between the Québec exchanges of St-Paulin and Trois-Rivières and St-Alexis des Monts and Trois-Rivières. |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 23 July 1999 are approved. |
