On 24 June 1999, Telesat Canada filed an application for approval of Special Assembly Space Segment Service, to furnish a special assembly space segment service consisting of one unprotected preemptible 6/4 GHz Full Period Whole RF Channel service using the Company's Anik E1 satellite on the specifically designated channel which will no longer be available due to facility management constraints after 31 August 1999. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |
|
a) The proposed tariff revisions are approved; and |
|
b) Pursuant to Section 25(4) of the Telecommunications Act, the rates charged from 26 June 1999 are ratified. |
