On 23 June 1999, Télébec ltée filed an application for approval of a promotion of its "Services Étoiles" (SmartTouch Services) called "Promotion TéléRéponse 1999" (1999 Call Answer Promotion) between 7 September and 6 November 1999, offering, at no charge for a two-month trial period, one or more of the "TéléRéponse" (Call Answer), "TéléRéponse multiusagers" (multiple user Call Answer) and "Sonnerie personnalisée" (Ident-a-Call) Services. |
