On 18 June 1999, Ontario Telephone Association filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 45, amended by TN 45A dated 25 June 1999, for approval of tariff revisions reflecting the 1999 Interim Carrier Access Tariff. The Toll Contribution charge for Nexicom Telecommunications Inc. was revised to $0.0653 per minute to adjust for an input error. |
