On 16 June 1999, Bell Canada filed an application on behalf of Island Telecom Inc., MTS Communications Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, NBTel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc., for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 515, Advantage 900, withdrawing the Network-Based Service and amending the associated Service Provider Agreement. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order. |
