On 3 June 1999, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 450, Message Manager, providing for a sales promotion whereby Business Individual Line customers who are new subscribers to Message Manager - Integrated Business Mailbox or Message Manager - Enhanced Business Mailbox will be provided with service at a promotional rate for a period of two months from the service installation date. The company will also waive the associated service charge. |
