On 18 June 1999, Amtelecom Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the General Tariff, to adjust the Centrex III Service rates to more closely reflect "Industry Standards" co-incident with the rate increases ordered in Telecom Decision CRTC 99-5. |
