Ottawa, 25 June 1999

 

On 19 May 1999, Teleglobe Canada Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the International Leased Services Tariff, proposing that the minimum contractual period for full-time Globesat and Globestream services be one year thus, eliminating short-term service for these two services.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
