On 21 May 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of Special Facilities Tariff Item D-59(b), providing for a 128 Kbps digital facility between Sherbrooke and Lambton, Quebec. |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 21 June 1999 are approved. |
