On 11 May 1999, MTS Communications Inc. (MTS) filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the Supplementary Tariff Special Services and Facilities Item 6020, LAN Access, providing subscribers with 10 or 100 Mbps ethernet connectivity between a customer premises and an MTS network service connection located in the serving wire centre or between customer equipment co-located in the serving wire centre and an MTS network service connection located in the same serving wire centre. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order. |
