On 10 May 1999, BC TEL filed an application to introduce General Tariff Item 281, Extended BC TEL Residential Package, which provides loyal individual-line residential customers with an opportunity to subscribe, at a flat monthly rate, to a package of services consisting of the following components: one individual residential access line, including the BC TEL Message Relay Centre rate; 60 minutes of customer-dialed station-to-station message toll calling to destinations within Canada; and a combination of up to three specified SmartTouch Services and/or Integrated Voice Messaging Service options. The enrollment period for this offer is from 4 July to 3 August 1999. Enrolled customers may subscribe to the offer until 31 July 2000. |
