Telecom Order CRTC 99-513

 

On 10 May 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2025, Integrated Voice Messaging Service, reflecting changes to the rate elements associated with Call Answer and Call Answer Plus for residence individual-line customers: (1) increasing rates from $5.00 to $6.00 per month for the fully integrated residential Call Answer service; (2) decreasing rates from $3.00 to $2.00 per month for the residential Call Answer Plus feature; and (3) increasing rates from $3.50 to $4.50 per month for partially integrated residential mailboxes. The company is also proposing changes to clarify the existing wording to the Universal Messaging functionality and to remove a reference to Message Monitor which, pursuant to Telecom Order CRTC 98-1275, is no longer available on a pay-per-use basis.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 10 July 1999 are approved.
