On 23 April 1999, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 32, introducing a promotion which waives the service charge that would apply when a customer upgrades from a business measured line to a business multi-line or an individual business line, from 31 May to 30 November 1999. |
