On 22 April 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of General Tariff Item 165, Digital Exchange Access (DEA), to amalgamate the DEA services of the former TELUS Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. under a common tariff, so as to provide standard DEA structures, rates and terms and conditions of service throughout Alberta. |
