On 19 April 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) filed an application for approval of housekeeping revisions to General Tariff Item 295, Inbound Data Access (IDA) Service. In its process of merging the tariffs of the former TCI and TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. (TCEI), the company inadvertently failed to include "Edmonton" in Tariff Item 295.4, Rates, under Rate Band 1, as was originally approved in TCEI's Tariff Item 2075. |
