Telecom Order CRTC 99-432

 

On 22 March 1999, La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor filed an application for approval of tariffs relating to 9-1-1 service and the following draft agreements: (1) Agreement for the provision of 9-1-1 Emergency Reporting Service; (2) an agreement for the termination and collection of receivables for municipal charges associated with 9-1-1 Service with the municipality; and (3) an agreement for the termination and collection of receivables for municipal charges associated with 9-1-1 Service with the Union des municipalités régionales de comté et des municipalités locales du Québec and the municipality of St-Victor.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions and agreements to become effective on 3 June 1999 are approved.
