Telecom Order CRTC 99-423

 

On 14 April 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of Special Facilities Tariff Item F-526(g), providing for three cross-sections of sixteen uni-directional Intermediate Frequency channels carrying Microwave Multipoint Distribution System type signals in order to transport Quadrature Amplitude Modulated Motion Picture Experts Group type video signals from a customer location in Montréal to tower sites in Ontario and Quebec.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 14 May 1999 are approved.
