On 31 March 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) filed an application for approval of General Tariff Item 510, TCI Megalink Service Promotion, which waives the following service charges: 1) DS-1 Access Provisioning Charge, $700 per DS-1; 2) PSTN Link, $25.00 for each Link; and 3) Installation of PSTN Termination, $250.00 each, for medium and large business customers who choose to return to TCI as their provider of Megalink Service. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order. |
