On 1 April 1999, Northwestel Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Special Services Tariff Item 725, 56 kbps and 32 kbps ADPCM Digital Circuits, to correct an oversight in changes made in Tariff Notice (TN) 685, as approved in Telecom Order CRTC 98-1287. The company had intended to grandfather the rate for the Gateway Access component of the service for existing circuits already in place. All new circuits after the effective date of TN 685 would be at the new rate. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |
