On 31 March 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of Special Facilities Tariff Items D-15(d), (e), (f) and (g), providing for 56 Kbps digital facilities between the Quebec exchanges of Sherbrooke and Lambton, St-Hyacinthe and Ste-Rosalie, Sherbrooke and Valcourt, and between Alfred and Bourget in Ontario. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order. |
