On 22 March 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 62, amended by TN 62A dated 13 April 1999, for approval of tariff revisions to Special Assembly Tariff Item E-617, to replace the incorrect rates relating to the provision of a DS-1 access channel from a specific customer's location located outside the Base Rate Area served by the Blackfalds Central Office, previously approved by the Commission in Telecom Order CRTC 99-225 dated 9 March 1999. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |
