On 1 April 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of General Tariff Item 545, Dedicated Line Service, which replaces the former TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc.'s (TCEI) General Tariff Item 2485, Dedicated Line Service and the former TELUS Communications Inc.'s (TCI) withdrawn Competitive Terminal Services Tariff Item 2340, Local Channel Signalling, to align the rates for the former TCI and TCEI in addition to providing a basis for tariff compliance for the service. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 May 1999 are approved. |
