On 16 February 1999, O.N. Tel filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 3115, Residential Toll 9.9 ¢ Plan, reflecting the conversion of the current Toll Promotion. The current promotion offering rates of 9.9 ¢ per minute within Canada and 19.9 ¢ per minute to the United States on Tuesday evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday will become a permanent offering. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |
