Telecom Order CRTC 99-352

 

On 9 March 1999, Bell Canada filed, on behalf of BC TEL, Bell Canada, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, MTS Communications Inc., NBTel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc., an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 635, Local Network Interconnection and Component Unbundling, clarifying the terms and conditions applicable to the termination of intra-exchange traffic in order to eliminate any misunderstandings which may arise.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
