On 10 March 1999, People's Telephone Company of Forest Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the General Tariff, providing for a promotional campaign during the month of May 1999, waiving the multi-element service charges for single line customers subscribing to custom calling features, call management services and call answer. The monthly rate for these services will not apply for 30 days from the initiation of service during this time period. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 May 1999 are approved. |
