On 24 March 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of a promotion to General Tariff Item 375, Smart Business Savings Pac Promotion, offering individual line and multi-line business customers the opportunity to subscribe, at a single monthly rate, to a package of services consisting of: (1) Business Individual Line or Multi-line basic exchange service, including Message Relay Service; and (2) a choice of three SmartTouch Services. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order. |
