On 5 March 1999, NBTel Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 165.3, Enhanced Business Communications Service - Rates and Charges, changing the rate for the Extended Call Management Service and making a housekeeping change to the incorrectly referenced note for Virtual Network Link. |
