Telecom Order CRTC 99-327

 

On 10 March 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of Special Facilities Tariff Item D-57(a), providing for a channelized OC-12 access comprised of facilities and associated DS-3 interfaces located at both the customer's premises and in the company's Belmont, Montréal central office.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 9 April 1999 are approved.
