On 5 March 1999, Telesat Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the Special Assembly Tariff CRTC 8368, substituting tariff pages which incorporate changes to the Special Assembly Earth Station Service and the rates and term therefor. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order. |
