On 18 February 1999, Québec-Téléphone filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2.01.05, reflecting the establishment of new Extended-Area Service links between the exchanges of St-Tite and Trois-Rivières; St-Adelphe and Trois-Rivières; and St-François and Québec.

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 16 April 1999 are approved.
