On 4 March 1999, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Items 143, SmartTouch Services, and 168-A, Integrated Voice Mail Service, introducing a Three-Feature Value Package Promotion, offering the sixth month of the subscription to the package at no charge to the new residential customers who subscribe to the package and who have been with the company for their local service for three months or less. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 5 April 1999 are approved. |
