On 2 March 1999, BC TEL filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 3920, amended by TN 3920A dated 12 March 1999, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 276, BC TEL Prime Loyalty Promotion, replacing the Free Features option with a discounted rate of $10.95 for No Limits Personal Call Management Services. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 April 1999 are approved on an interim basis. |
