On 21 September 1998, The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay - Telephone Division filed an application for approval of an Enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1) Public Emergency Reporting Service for all residence and business customers as well as a 9-1-1 Emergency Reporting Services Agreement. The operational features of the E9-1-1 service are: Automatic Line Identification, Call Control Features and Integrity Check. |
