On 26 February 1999, MTS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Items 1990, Digital Exchange Access Service, and 2000, Megalink Service (ISDN Primary Rate Access) to standardize the tariffs so that the complete cost of the service in each band appears in each tariff. |

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that: |

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 29 March 1999 are approved. |
