On 15 October 1998, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 1106, modified by TN 1106A dated 30 November 1998, to introduce Special Assembly Tariff Item Z-104, providing for the terms, conditions and the rates of an arrangement for National Operator Services with service features that meet the specific requirements of a single large customer application. |

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 22 December 1998 under Telecom Order CRTC 98-1311. |

2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application. |

3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission approves the proposed tariff revisions on a final basis. |
