Telecom Order CRTC 99-267

 

On 25 January 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of General Tariff Items 22.2, 130, 295, 300, 305, 310, 320, 325 and Carrier Access Tariff Items 220, 225, 230, 235, 240, 245, 250, 255, 260, 265 and 270. Tariff Notice 21 is the fourth in the series of Tariff Notices to be filed toward integrating a full complement of common tariffs.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 April 1999 are approved, with the exception of General Tariff Item 325, Optical Fibre Service, and Carrier Access Tariff Items 235, Central Office Link Arrangements, 245, Bulk Transfer of a Customer Base Between Interexchange Carriers with Trunk Side Access, and 265, Local Number Portability - Access to Service Control Point, which are approved on an interim basis.
